《只有爱能让我生存》剧情简介：津奈木（菅田将晖 饰）和宁子（趣里 饰）同居三年，在这三年里，宁子的精神状况每日愈下，如今，她被抑郁折磨的已经无法外出，也无法从事家务劳动，只能够每天躲在被窝里睡觉。津奈木一人担负起了整个家庭的重担，虽然他内心里怀揣着远大的文学梦想，却为了收入每天撰写着毫无价值的野鸡八 卦报道。 辛苦了一天的津奈木回到家里，等待着他的往往是宁子的无理取闹，虽然感到痛苦，但津奈木从来都没有跟宁子发过脾气。一天，津奈木的前女友安堂（仲里依纱 饰）前来拜访，表露出了想要和津奈木复合的意图。为了使宁子能够离开津奈木，独自一人也能活下来，安堂将玲子送到了咖啡店打工。

Yasuko is a hikikomori and has hypersomnia which means she has trouble staying awake during the day. She lives with her boyfriend Tsunagi, who works in the editorial department at a magazine. Her frustration grows, because she can't control her emotions and her boyfriend seems indifferent to her. One day, Tsunagi's ex-girlfriend Ando appears. She schemes to break up the couple.
